This service monitors podcast RSS feeds and delivers concise, structured AI-generated summaries directly to your inbox — so you can stay on top of your favourite shows without listening to every episode in full. Each summary you receive via email has a direct link to the podcast so you can listen to it without maintaining a podcast app.
The system polls each subscribed RSS feed and automatically downloads new episodes as they are published.
Each episode audio file is transcribed to text locally using Whisper, an open-source speech recognition model from OpenAI. Transcription runs entirely on private hardware — no audio is sent to external services.
The transcript is analysed by a local large language model (Qwen 2.5 14B) running on a dedicated GPU. The model identifies the main themes and key ideas, then produces a structured summary with an overview, labelled sections, and a key takeaway. Summary length scales with episode length — a short episode gets a concise summary; a long interview gets proportionally more detail.
If your language preference is set to Indonesian, the summary is translated to Bahasa Indonesia by the same local AI model before delivery. The podcast feed name is always kept in English for easy reference.
The formatted summary is emailed to every subscriber of that feed. Each email includes the episode title, publish date, episode length, the full structured summary, and a direct listen link to the original audio. The summary email are sent around 3 times a week, typically on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday
🔒 Privacy: All processing — downloading, transcription, summarisation, and translation — happens on private local hardware. No episode audio or transcript text is sent to cloud AI services.
When you subscribe you choose which podcast feeds to follow and your preferred summary language. You will receive one email per episode per feed. New summaries are emailed 3 times a week.
You can update your feed selection or language at any time from the Manage subscription page. No re-confirmation is required for changes to an existing subscription.
What is this site about?
This site grew out of a personal desire to stay up to date on what top church leadership gurus are teaching in their audio podcasts. There is so much good material but so little time to take the time to listen to 30-60 minute podcasts. I developed a summarizing routine on my local computer and decided to share it with friends.

How soon after an episode is published will I receive the summary?
The pipeline runs on a schedule. Newly released podcasts are processed 3 times a week (Sunday, Wednesday, Friday). You will receive a summary of any newly released podcast after they are processed. If a podcast does not release a new episode, you will not receive a summary.
Can I subscribe to all feeds at once?
Yes. Simply leave all feed checkboxes unchecked when subscribing and you will automatically receive summaries from every available feed.
Are the summaries a replacement for listening?
No — they are an overview to help you decide whether an episode is worth your full attention. Each email includes a direct link to the original audio.
How accurate are AI-generated summaries?
Summaries are generally accurate for factual content and main themes. The AI may occasionally misidentify a speaker or miss nuance. Always refer to the original episode for anything critical. The transcripts are generally pretty accurate in my experience
Who owns the podcast content?
All podcast content — audio, titles, descriptions, and artwork — remains the exclusive property of the respective podcast owners and publishers. This service only generates summaries and does not reproduce, redistribute, or claim ownership over any original content.

How do I unsubscribe/change my subscription?
Visit the unsubscribe page and enter your email address. Your subscription will be removed on the next sync. Visit the manage page to change which podcasts you desire.
